A: We do not deliver on national holidays and Sundays. The delivery date depends on our courier/shipping company. We will try our best to meet the date provided by you, however we cannot guarantee it.
A: We update the order status once every day, usually at the end of our business day via email. A telephonic confirmation will be initiated once your order is delivered (not real time).
A: Our shipping agents handle deliveries. They could call and reschedule another time/date to your preference. However, this may not be the case at all times. Rescheduling charges are applicable if nobody is present at the given address during the time of delivery. We will not be able to offer you a full refund in case of undelivered orders.
